We ship worldwide, including to Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and more.

When Will My Order Ship?
Once your order is placed, your package will ship within 12 to 15 days. After this processing time, it will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed after the daily cutoff (typically 2 PM EDT) will be processed the next business day. If a holiday falls during the week, your package will ship out the next business day. For certain markets, we may offer Saturday delivery.

What Can Cause Delays?
While delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as natural events, or if proof of order is requested, we strive to minimize this. For more details, refer to our proof policy.

We keep shipping fees as low as possible, always striving to provide competitive rates.

  • USA Shipping:
    • Ground (Flat Rate €89): 4-6 business days after university processing (not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories).
    • 2-Day: €129.00 (2 business days).
    • Overnight (Before 11 AM): €180.00 (next business day).
    • Overnight (After 3 PM): €90.00 (next business day).
  • Canada & International:
    Rates vary by location. Please add an item to your cart and check out for real-time international shipping rates.

Once dispatched, 99.8% of our packages are delivered on time, and all shipments come with tracking so you can monitor your delivery from start to finish.

Packaging & Privacy
All packages are shipped in secure, flat, reinforced envelopes to protect your documents. Neither the package nor the contents will display our website or describe the contents, ensuring complete privacy.

Restricted Areas
There are some locations we cannot ship to, including but not limited to Iran, Cuba, Iraq, North Korea, and others due to courier restrictions or business decisions. Please reach out to a sales rep for alternative solutions if you’re located in one of these areas.

Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please allow a few hours for the tracking info to become active. If you’re unavailable to sign for your package, consider having it shipped to a different address like your workplace or a hotel. Alternatively, you can request that the package be held at a local delivery hub for pickup.
